Dawnita worked for over 32 years in the federal government with over 20 years as a senior executive in Health Canada, Industry Canada, Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Public Works and Government Services, and the Treasury Board Secretariat.
Dawnita has an Honours Bachelors degree from McGill University and the University of Vienna, and EMBA from Queens University and an Advanced Certification in Facilitation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Harvard/Windsor Law School project.
